Who takes care in the city? Opportunities and proposals for Mexico city.

This study contributes to the debate on care policies, from the perspective of Latin American cities, specifically of Mexico City. Based on the quantitative diagnosis of the socioeconomic situation of the inhabitants of Mexico City, and the analysis of the competencies of the local administration in terms of offering care services for boys and girls, older adults and people with some disability, recommendations are provided for the planning, formulation and implementation of urban policies in the short and medium term.
